Does Kombucha feed candida overgrowth?

Fabulous information. I do have candida overgrowth. Confirmed by blood test, yet also obvious by symptoms a-z 1-zillion infinity. I am from Platoon 19. I love this video. I learned that the symptoms from Kombucha are not bad, they are good and to push through. I had the misbelief that the sugar the bacteria ate also contributed to my yeast growth. I did find I am more sensitive to the Kombucha natural properties because of my leaky gut. Kombucha is the natural wine ;-)

This video spoke to me on so many levels. I’ve been dealing with health issues for the last 10+years. I didn’t even know that you can get bloodwork to test for Candida overgrowth . But based on symptoms that I’ve been struggling with again I believe it’s the root to all the issues. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s then Lyme disease but I think the root might be candida . Spent so much money and time trying to heal with supplements and adjusting my diet yet I am still struggling . I am so tired of the restrictions but believe they’re necessary for now. How do you deal with the unbearable symptoms when walking through Candida detoxing? I have not been able to find somebody locally that can help me that understands candida but also ties the spiritual Aspects of healing.

Yes, Trying to battle candida overgrowth on your own can be overwhelming especially if you are dealing with Lyme's and Hashimoto's! There is no one-size-fits-all protocol as every "body" is different. Many times candida is only a part of many layers of other health issues and will require the help of a doctor who is an expert in gut health.
