So most people are told that total cholesterol levels over 200 = HIGH cholesterol. WORSE YET… MANY are given Statin drugs…..NOOOOOOO!!! Watch & Learn. HIGH LDL’s & HIGH Triglycerides are a warning that you’re eating too many sugar, carbs (breads, pastas, crackers, pizza, etc), and starches (corn, potatoes, etc). THESE are putting you at risk for atherosclerosis….SUGARS, not FAT in the diet. LOW HDL’s mean you’re not eating enough GOOD fats and/or aren’t able to properly digest them (aka: liver/gall bladder issue)… GOING FAT FREE WILL DO MORE HARM THAN GOOD.
