Protocols (watch video for details): 

1. SILVER SHIELD 16 or 32 oz liquid, take orally, as directed AND ~1 tsp in a nebulizer for breathing treats (we call them treats, not treatments). Do breathing treats 1-2x/day for 1 month, then cut the frequency in half in month 2. Then use them as needed thereafter for any asthma attack, respiratory or sinus infection/congestion.
   
2. LOBELIA ESSENCE, add to the nebulizer with the SILVER SHIELD for bronchodilation:
   -children: 2-5 drops (start with less; increase if it's not working well enough)
   -adults: 10 drops
   
3. ALJ (liquid  or capsules): as directed
4. SUNSHINE HEROES WHOLE FOODS PAPAYAZYME: (children's chewable digestive enzymes) 1-2/meal
   
   FOOD ENZYMES (adults) 1-2/meal for digestion
   *you can also try drinking 1 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar/meal to see if this helps. Stop if it gives you sour stomach or acid reflux.
