Dairy-free Creamy Vinaigrette

This makes a great dressing, sauce or even a dip!! FOOD IS MEDICINE!! Between the fresh garlic, lemon juice & raw apple cider vinegar, this dressing will help knock out any cold, fungal infection & just straight up keep you HEALTHY!! It's loaded with good fats & protein too! It might even keep your friends away ;) 

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Avocado oil (or Virgin Olive Oil)
1/4 cup RAW Tahini (ground sesame seeds)
1/4 cup RAW Apple cider vinegar
juice of 3 Meyer lemons
4-6 Raw garlic cloves (to taste)
 Sea salt, to taste

Add ingredients to high powered blender & puree until smooth. Serve immediately & store the remainder in an airtight container in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
